FIRESIDE CHAT WITH COTTON & REED

Cotton & Reed is leading the way with naturally flavored American-made rums in the heart of Washington D.C. We’re excited to welcome Reed Walker for a fireside chat where we’ll talk rums, the fine art of spirit making, and recipes you can make at home. Grab a HOS Hot Buttered Rum or Mulled Cider and meet us on the Patio!

RAPTOR RIDGE OREGON WINE DINNER

Friday, March 6th, 6:30pm

We’re excited to welcome proprietor Scott Shull of Raptor Ridge Winery. Named for its home ridge in the Chehalem Mountains AVA, Raptor Ridge, which is a haven for their native raptors and guests. Enjoy a delicious 4-course dinner paired with the delicious wines from the Willamette Valley! $75 per person for food & wine.

Course 1: Smoked Salmon “Everything” Bagel & Smoked Swordfish Reuben. Pinot Gris

Course 2: Glazed Pork with “Almost” Spring Rolls & Pickled Pear. Gruner Veltliner

Course 3: Potato Gnocchi with Red Wine Braised Rabbit Ragu with Hazelnuts and Fig. Barrel Select Pinot Noir

Course 4: Crispy Duck Breast with Dried Cherry, Sweet Potato Wedges & Napa Cabbage. Estate Chehalem mountain Pinot Noir

Celebrate St. Patty’s Day the Heritage way! Saturday features Guinness, Irish Cream, dinner specials, and a special performance by The Harney Irish Dancers! Bar opens at 10:30am. Step dancers at 6pm.

Tues, Mar 17

The shenanigans continue with Guinness, Irish Cream, dinner specials, and a whiskey flights. Everyone’s Irish on Tuesday!

WHISKEY & WINE DINNER

Thur, Mar 19, 6:30pm

Nothing so fine as whiskey and wine! Join us for a tasting of the whiskeys we’re loving right. Follow that up with a a few of our favorite wines available at the CWP. 5 courses and perfect pairings just $75/person.

CALIFORNIA WINE DINNER

Wed, Apr 1, 6:30pm

Join winemaker Jordan Kivelstadt for a night of “eclectic family wines”. His passion for food and wine permeates everything he does and is influenced by his experiences making wines in Australia, Chile, Argentina, and California. We’ll talk to Jordan and enjoy a 5-course meal pairing with this gorgeous West Coast wines. $75/person.

Chef Josh prepares classic Italian dishes, served in the Dining Room.

Primi: bolognese, marinara, meatballs, chicken broccoli alfredo, or shrimp and mussels fra diavolo with your choice of orichiette, penne, or spaghetti. Or, lasanga fiorenina or pasta alla norma.
