ITALIAN WEDNESDAYS

Chef Josh prepares classic Italian dishes, served in the Dining Room.

Primi: bolognese, marinara, meatballs, chicken broccoli alfredo, or shrimp and mussels fra diavolo with your choice of orichiette, penne, or spaghetti. Or, lasanga fiorenina or pasta alla norma.

Secondi: eggplant parmigiano, pork saltimbocca, chicken parmigiano, Sicilian swordfish spicy bread crumbs tomato black olives and capers, chicken cacciatore, chicken piccata, chicken marsala, steak pizzaiola
